The employer confirms that the content of the TYREMART CODE OF CONDUCT – PREVENTION OF CORRUPTION has been brought to the attention of and explained in understandable terms & language to every employee and that each employee has indicated that he/she understands the purpose and content thereof.
1. PROMOTION ORGANISER
• The Promotion is organised by Bridgestone South Africa (Pty) Ltd (Registration Number 1930/002801/07) (the “Promoter”), a company incorporated
under the laws of the Republic of South Africa, with its principal place of business at 6 Ridge Road, Vorna Valley, Midrand, South Africa. The Promotion
will run through participating authorised Bridgestone dealer networks across South Africa.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD
• The Promotion will run from 15 May 2026 until 30 June 2026 at 23:59 (South African Standard Time) (“the “Promotional Period”). Only qualifying purchases
made during the Promotional Period will be eligible to participate. Purchases made before or after the Promotional Period will not qualify.
3. ELIGIBILITY
• This promotion is open to consumers who meet the following criteria:

• Gifts are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
• The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the gift with another item of similar value should circumstances require.
6. GRAND PRIZE
• Participants who successfully enter the competition will stand a chance to win the Grand Prize, which is:
• 1 × Toyota Corolla Cross 1.8 Xi
• The vehicle prize includes the standard manufacturer specifications and will be awarded in accordance with South African competition regulations.
• The prize:
• Is not transferable.
• Cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Will be awarded to the verified winner only.
• The prize does not include any extras such as fuel, additional accessories, and insurance.
• The prize cannot be exchanged for any other model or make within the vehicle range, and the winner does not have the right to change the specifications

7. WINNER SELECTION AND ANNOUNCEMENT
• Winners will be selected through a random draw conducted after the Promotional Period has ended.
• The draw will be conducted under the supervision of the Promoter. A verifiable random selection process will be used, and an audit record of the draw
will be maintained.
• The winner will be contacted via the contact details provided during entry.
• Should the Promoter be unable to contact the selected winner within 3 working days, the Promoter reserves the right to draw an alternative winner.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
