The Protection of Personal Information Act (“POPIA”) is effective 1 July 2021. POPIA regulates how we use, store, and destroy personal information and special personal information of individuals and juristic persons.

These data files do not contain personal information, but they do contain a personal identifier that allows us to associate your personal information with a certain device.

You can request access to personal information we hold about you and ask us to update, correct or delete it. Please note that we may decline your request to delete the information if we are required to keep it in terms of other legislation or if it has been de-identified.
